Job Description

As a Wholesale Parts Salesperson, you will take charge of managing sales for wholesale auto parts, directly engaging with clients to ensure their needs are met. You will need a solid understanding of the automotive sector and showcase exemplary interpersonal skills to cultivate lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Inspect silk fabrics for any defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform various finishing techniques to enhance the appearance and texture of silk fabrics.
• Trim excess threads and fabric from finished products.
• Iron and press silk fabrics to remove wrinkles and creases.
• Apply appropriate dyes and chemicals to achieve desired colours and finishes.
• Operate specialized machinery to assist in the finishing process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols.
• Keep accurate records of production and quality testing.
• Assist in training new staff on finishing processes and standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience as a Silk Finisher or in a similar role preferred.

Advantageous

• Experience with luxury silk fabrics: Experience in handling and finishing high-end silk materials.
