We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our team in Sunshine Coast. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, project management expertise, and the ability to drive projects to successful completion while meeting all deadlines and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could affect project objectives.
• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Convene regular project meetings to highlight status and resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing complex projects

Certifications
