Job Description

Looking for an experienced Occupational Psychologist to provide consultation and psychological support to organizations. Your role will involve enhancing employee performance and promoting a healthy workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate employee performance through structured assessments.
  • Work with HR to design initiatives for employee engagement.
  • Provide expert advice on psychological aspects of workplace challenges.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to address workplace issues.
  • Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding psychological health.
  • Engage in continuous professional development activities.
  • Create reports on assessment findings for management.
  • Conduct focus groups to assess workplace climate.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree or higher in Psychology with a focus on Occupational Psychology
  • Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting environment
