Responsibilities
Evaluate employee performance through structured assessments.
Work with HR to design initiatives for employee engagement.
Provide expert advice on psychological aspects of workplace challenges.
Implement evidence-based interventions to address workplace issues.
Facilitate communication between staff and management regarding psychological health.
Engage in continuous professional development activities.
Create reports on assessment findings for management.
Conduct focus groups to assess workplace climate.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree or higher in Psychology with a focus on Occupational Psychology
Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting environment
