Responsibilities

• Educate patients on chronic condition management.
• Monitor patient’s health and drug therapies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training and mentoring pharmacy interns.
• Promote pharmacy services within the community.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
• Registration with the Pharmacy Board of Australia

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in community pharmacy
