Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Solar Sales Representatives and Assessors to join our team! In this role, you will identify and qualify potential customers, educate them on solar energy benefits, and create customised quotes and proposals that suit their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sell residential solar systems and meet sales quotas.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to drive referral business.
  • Educate customers on financing options and available incentives.
  • Assist customers through installation and ensure excellent service.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines effectively using CRM software.
  • Prepare detailed reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Attend renewable energy trade shows and community events to promote products.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the solar industry or related field.
Technical Skills
  • Solar Energy Systems Knowledge

Languages
  • English: Fluent
