Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Compensation, Benefits, and Job Analysis Specialist to enhance our sales teams' effectiveness. This role involves analyzing compensation data, developing all aspects of compensation structures, and collaborating with various departments to create impactful sales incentive plans that drive success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive compensation analysis models to support strategic decisions.
  • Implement employee benefit programs to attract and retain talent.
  • Collaborate with finance and HR departments to ensure compensation alignment and accuracy.
  • Create and maintain documentation of compensation policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular audits of compensation systems to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Assist in the annual compensation review process, ensuring timely execution.
  • Analyze the impact of compensation changes on sales performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the HR team to address compensation-related employee relations issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics

Languages
