Job Description

As an HVAC Design Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining HVAC systems for various projects. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of energy-efficient designs to meet modern building standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cost-effective HVAC solutions for various projects.
• Conduct energy modelling and simulations to enhance system designs.
• Work in collaboration with project managers to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Ensure designs facilitate energy conservation and sustainability.
• Keep updated with the latest trends and technologies in HVAC systems.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for clients.
• Provide ongoing support throughout the lifecycle of HVAC systems.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the design and installation phases.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in HVAC design and implementation

• Trace 700
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE)
• Certified Energy Manager (CEM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Hands-on Experience with Testing and Balancing: Practical knowledge in conducting testing and balancing of HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with Renewable Energy Systems: Understanding of integrating renewable energy solutions in HVAC design.
