Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough hair washing and conditioning services tailored to individual client needs.
• Deliver soothing scalp massages to enhance the overall experience.
• Ensure that the shampoo area is tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Collaborate with hairdressers and stylists to provide seamless service.
• Respond to client inquiries to provide excellent customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with salon procedures and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
