Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between community members and public health agencies.
• Conduct health assessments and plan appropriate interventions.
• Stay current with public health research and methodologies to inform practice.
• Prepare and distribute educational materials to raise public health awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health or related field
• Master's degree is highly regarded

Experience

• 5 years of experience in public health initiatives

Certifications

• Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES)
