Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our Bendigo office. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analysing, and overseeing the construction of various projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in structural engineering principles and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design of complex projects.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk analyses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to streamline project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and sustainability practices.
• Prepare and submit regulatory approvals and documents.
• Review project specifications and assist in proposal development.
• Train and mentor less experienced team members.
• Evaluate materials and construction techniques for optimal performance.
• Participate in client meetings to discuss project progress.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree in Civil Engineering preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural design
