Job Description

We are seeking a creative and passionate Specialty Cook who excels in preparing and cooking specialty dishes for our high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills and a flair for innovative cuisine.

Responsibilities

  • Design menus and develop new dishes in collaboration with the Head Chef.
  • Prepare gourmet meals using a variety of cooking techniques.
  • Ensure that all dishes maintain quality and consistency.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and assist with training.
  • Keep the kitchen environment clean and organized.
  • Experiment with flavors to innovate and elevate our offerings.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss kitchen operations.
  • Monitor portion sizes and presentation standards.
  • Assist with special events and catering when required.

Requirements

Education
  • Culinary diploma or certification in related field preferred
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end kitchen.
