Job Description
We are seeking a creative and passionate Specialty Cook who excels in preparing and cooking specialty dishes for our high-end restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional culinary skills and a flair for innovative cuisine.
Responsibilities
Design menus and develop new dishes in collaboration with the Head Chef.
Prepare gourmet meals using a variety of cooking techniques.
Ensure that all dishes maintain quality and consistency.
Supervise kitchen staff and assist with training.
Keep the kitchen environment clean and organized.
Experiment with flavors to innovate and elevate our offerings.
Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.
Participate in staff meetings to discuss kitchen operations.
Monitor portion sizes and presentation standards.
Assist with special events and catering when required.
Requirements
Education
Culinary diploma or certification in related field preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-end kitchen.
