Job Description

As a Billing and Posting Clerk, you will be pivotal in managing our invoicing processes. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure that all invoices are accurate, processed on time, and aligned with our financial protocols. Responsibilities

  • Review invoices for accuracy and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Process invoices efficiently using relevant accounting software.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies found in invoices.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely payment and resolve payment inquiries.
  • Keep meticulous records of all invoices and payments processed.
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures.
  • Create detailed reports to present to finance management as required.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and liaise with internal departments.
  • Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures across all transactions.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Certificate or diploma in accounting or related field
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
Experience
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or related role
Technical Skills
