Job Description

As a Railroad Firer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the safety of our train operations through diligent inspection and maintenance of railway tracks and equipment. You will work closely with the train crew to identify and mitigate any potential hazards to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and urgent repairs on railway tracks and signals.
• Monitor equipment safety compliance and report discrepancies.
• Utilize various power tools for effective track repairs.
• Assist in emergency response drills and actual incidents.
• Engage proactively in safety meetings to enhance team awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Valid driver's license

Experience

• Experience working in a supervisory role is highly advantageous.
