Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Saw Setter to oversee the setup and maintenance of our cutting tools. Your role is essential in ensuring high production quality and efficiency within our workshop environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate saw equipment for diverse production tasks.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks to prolong the life of cutting machinery.
• Inspect products for quality and compliance with specifications.
• Work closely with the quality control department to ensure product standards.
• Address any operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Keep accurate records of machine maintenance and production outcomes.
• Assist in implementing new technologies and equipment as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced technical certificate in manufacturing operations is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in precision machining or relevant field.

Technical Skills

• Experience with Automated Saw Equipment
• Knowledge of Safety Protocols

• Safety Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience in Lean Manufacturing: Knowledge of lean principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
