Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Launch and Recovery Officer who can play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective launching and recovery of aircraft. You will collaborate closely with pilots, ground control, and other aviation professionals to facilitate seamless operations.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the proper setup of launch and recovery zones, including equipment checks.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize delays in aircraft availability.
  • Assist in training new personnel on operational protocols and safety measures.
  • Evaluate and report on operational performance, suggesting improvements where necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced diploma in aviation management is an advantage
Experience
  • 3+ years in aviation operations or emergency response roles
