Responsibilities

• Utilize simulation tools to model and analyze production processes.
• Enhance product flow and reduce lead times through effective engineering practices.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to implement best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in related fields
