As a Construction Manager, you will oversee project budgets, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will be a key player in delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the commercial team to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
• Provide commercial advice and support to the project team.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline

Experience

• 10+ years of experience in construction management, particularly on large-scale projects
