Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Ticket Dispatcher to manage ticket requests and efficiently allocate them to relevant teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with drivers to ensure timely departure and arrival.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
Keep detailed records of ticket sales and dispatch activities.
Work closely with operations staff to ensure optimal scheduling.
Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in customer service or ticketing roles preferred.
