Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Ticket Dispatcher to manage ticket requests and efficiently allocate them to relevant teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process ticket orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate with drivers to ensure timely departure and arrival.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Keep detailed records of ticket sales and dispatch activities.
  • Work closely with operations staff to ensure optimal scheduling.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in customer service or ticketing roles preferred.
