Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Shepparton. This role involves providing therapeutic services to clients experiencing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills to work in a supportive team atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Assess client mental health status through structured interviews and psychological tests.
• Create and lead effective therapy sessions that address diverse client needs.
• Develop community programs aimed at mental health education and stigma reduction.
• Maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and confidentiality at all times.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision.
• Provide support and consultation to colleagues and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Psychology
• Successful completion of relevant internship or residency program

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in clinical psychology

• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

Certifications

• Registered Psychologist with AHPRA
