Job Description

We are seeking skilled Crushing, Grinding, and Polishing Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to support our expanding operations. If you possess mechanical skills and have experience in the construction industry, we want to hear from you! Your role will involve maintaining equipment, processing materials, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage the workflow of crushing and grinding processes to meet production targets.
• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Assist with the installation and initial setup of new machinery.
• Support inventory management by ensuring materials are available for operation.
• Provide feedback on machinery performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in heavy machinery operations is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in construction or related fields for at least 2 years

Technical Skills

• Heavy Equipment Operation

Certifications

• Heavy Machinery Operator License

Languages

• English: Fluent
