Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chain Person to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will undertake a variety of responsibilities in surveying, primarily assisting in measuring and recording distances for construction and engineering projects. This position requires a strong understanding of measuring techniques and an ability to work outdoors effectively.

Responsibilities

• Utilize appropriate measuring tools and materials to gather data.
• Assist in the preparation of maps and reports based on collected data.
• Actively participate in field surveys and data collection processes.
• Monitor work sites for safety hazards and report accordingly.
• Provide input for improving surveying techniques and equipment usage.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of high school education or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience working in construction or land surveying is preferred
