Job Description

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Inspect and assess the condition of existing structures.
• Use various hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery safely and effectively.
• Adapt to changing work environments and tasks as required.
• Provide on-the-job training for apprentices or junior carpenters.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent)

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience in pole frame construction

Technical Skills

• Proficient in carpentry techniques
• Blueprint reading
• Tool operation
• Site safety compliance

Certifications

• White Card

Languages

• English: Fluent
