Stereo Plotter Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Stereo Plotter Operator to join our dynamic team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed stereo plots for a variety of mapping projects using our advanced stereo plotting equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret aerial photographs and digital imagery to generate accurate mapping products.
• Ensure compliance with company and industry standards in all plotting deliverables.
• Engage with clients to clarify project expectations and requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
• Document processes and results for future reference and quality assurance.
• Utilize GIS software in conjunction with stereo plotting to enhance data visualisation.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate productivity.

Requirements

Education

• Certificate III or IV in Surveying and Mapping or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Geography or related field is advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in stereo plotting or related field
