Job Description

We are looking for a Construction Manager to oversee and lead projects in Geelong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing all stages of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage resources, and lead a team of construction professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute construction projects within set timelines.
  • Secure necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.
  • Review construction contracts and agreements.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients.
  • Monitor budget and cost management.
  • Implement quality control and assurance procedures.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports.
  • Supervise and direct construction workers on site.
  • Ensure effective communication between all parties involved.
  • Evaluate potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
