Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced Apartment Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential community. This role involves managing staff, handling resident concerns, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while maintaining a vibrant community.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of property management staff to ensure high-quality resident services.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
  • Handle resident communications and address complaints professionally.
  • Ensure property is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Organize community events to promote resident engagement.
  • Collaborate with vendors for maintenance services and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain compliance with fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Conduct market analysis to enhance property competitiveness.
  • Update and manage property listings on various platforms.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or Real Estate
  • Real Estate license (as required by local regulations)
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field.
