Responsibilities

• Skillfully manage the operation of excavating and loading machines.
• Perform minor repairs on machinery to maintain safe operations.
• Follow site-specific plans and instructions from supervisors.
• Engage in communication with other contractors on site to ensure synchronization.
• Assist in calculating loads and weights to comply with safety standards.
• Actively contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
• Participate in ongoing training to update skills and knowledge.
• Provide feedback on equipment performance to improve operational efficiency.
• Identify areas for improvement in work processes to enhance productivity.
• Ensure all equipment meets the required standards before starting work.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in construction preferred.
