We are looking for an enthusiastic Compound Worker to join our vibrant team at Facilities Management Co. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to follow safety protocols while performing various tasks related to compound operations.

Responsibilities

• Carry out manual labor tasks related to construction and landscaping.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals effectively.
• Help with the installation of temporary structures and scaffolding.
• Participate in project planning meetings to understand objectives.
• Provide assistance in the preparation of work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas of the site.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment to ensure functionality.

Requirements

Experience

• Some experience in landscaping or gardening is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Landscaping knowledge
• Heavy machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Initiative
• Attention to detail

Certifications

• Construction White Card (desired but not essential)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Forklift License: Having a forklift license is highly advantageous.
• First Aid Training: First Aid training is preferred for safety on the job site.
