Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate repair and maintenance work on railway tracks.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed.
Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
Train and develop team members to enhance performance.
Manage scheduling efficiently to minimise downtime.
Enforce safety protocols to foster a safe workplace environment.
Requirements
Education
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Certificate in railway track maintenance and inspection
Experience
5+ years of experience in railway track maintenance and repair, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
