Job Description

As an Automatic Cigar Wrapper Tender, you will play a critical role in our production line. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain automatic cigar wrapping machines, ensuring the smooth wrapping of cigars. You will also monitor the quality of the wrapped products and make necessary adjustments. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation of automatic cigar wrapping machines.
• Ensure that the production meets daily targets.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to keep machines in good working order.
• Identify and report any machine faults promptly.
• Work closely with Quality Control Inspectors for product integrity.
• Feed and manage cigar supplies in alignment with production needs.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Ensure all operations are performed according to company policies.
• Support the Packaging Supervisor in daily operations.

Requirements

Education

• No formal qualifications required; OJT provided

Experience

• Familiarity with quality control procedures is a plus.

Languages

• English: Fluent
