Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Tankroom Tender responsible for the operation and maintenance of tankroom facilities. Your primary focus will be on conducting inspections, maintaining optimal conditions for product storage, and collaborating with production teams. Your role is vital for ensuring adherence to safety protocols and achieving operational targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine checks on tank levels, temperatures, and pressures.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of materials into tanks.
• Compile and submit reports regarding tankroom operations and maintenance.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational improvements.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
• Collaborate with external vendors as necessary for tankroom supplies.
• Assist in troubleshooting any equipment malfunctions that may occur.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
