Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project planning and execution on the Sunshine Coast. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain project documentation including project charters, risk assessments, and change requests.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Utilize project management software to track metrics and progress.
  • Support the development of project team competencies through mentorship and guidance.
  • Ensure adherence to project delivery timelines and budgets.
  • Evaluate project outcomes to inform future projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in project management with demonstrated success in delivery of large-scale projects
