Job Description

We're searching for a proactive Hotel Recreational Facilities Manager with a passion for hospitality and a focus on providing exceptional services. You will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of recreation facilities, ensuring guests enjoy outstanding experiences during their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the efficient operation and maintenance of all recreational facilities.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards across all areas.
  • Recruit, train and manage staff for optimal performance and guest service.
  • Develop creative recreational programs that enhance guest experiences.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align recreational services with overall hotel offerings.
  • Maintain the budget for recreational operations and manage expenses effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure quality and safety.
  • Gather and analyze guest feedback to drive improvements in service delivery.
  • Promote a culture of safety and wellness among guests and staff.
  • Develop reports on facility performance and guest satisfaction metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma or degree in Recreation Management is preferred
Experience
  • Experience in a luxury hotel setting is highly advantageous.
