Job Description

As a Patient Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive patient experience and efficient registration processes. You will assist patients with their queries, collect vital information, and ensure all records are managed accurately. We're looking for someone with strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage registration and smooth onboarding of new patients.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of patient information into electronic systems.
  • Respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Support patients in understanding their insurance options.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Implement organisational policies to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Assist in training new staff in patient registration processes.
  • Monitor appointment schedules and manage any changes effectively.
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to patient services.

Requirements

Education
