Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Feeder and Offbearer to join our production team. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of automatic nail polish brush machines, ensuring high-quality production standards are met throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain automatic machinery with efficiency.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings as needed.
• Ensure timely replenishment of materials to avoid production delays.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure safety compliance.
• Assist with troubleshooting machine issues and work towards resolutions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the production process.
• Assist in stock management and inventory control.
• Implement best practices for machine operation to enhance productivity.
• Report all maintenance issues to the Production Manager immediately.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical or mechanical qualifications are a plus

Experience

• Experience with automatic machinery desirable.

Technical Skills

• Basic machine operation
• Quality control awareness

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
