Job Description

We are seeking a proactive IT Support Technician to join our Gold Coast team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly. You'll play a key role in maintaining our technological infrastructure and supporting our staff with their IT needs.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain network performance and reliability.
  • Evaluate and implement new IT solutions and technologies.
  • Develop documentation for IT procedures and policies.
  • Support cloud services and remote working solutions.
  • Engage in continuous professional development related to IT support.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
  • Additional certifications in networking or security are a plus.
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
