The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring our IT systems run smoothly. Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
• Additional certifications in networking or security are a plus.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
