Job Description

As the Protective Signal Superintendent, you will take charge of the protective signal system, ensuring its effective operation to protect our assets and personnel. Your leadership will guide a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Signal Operations team in the maintenance of protective signal systems.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure system compliance.
  • Develop and deliver training modules for operational staff.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot incidents related to the signal system.
  • Generate comprehensive reports on system reliability and performance.
  • Coordinate with external agencies in matters relating to security.
  • Utilize modern security technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Manage vendor contracts and work orders efficiently.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Security or Electrical Engineering
  • Relevant master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in the security systems field with a proven track record
Technical Skills
  • Experience with alarm systems
  • Familiarity with safety regulations
Soft Skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Problem-solving proficiency
Certifications
  • Security Management Certification (SMC)
Languages
  • English: Fluent
