Job Description

As an Art Therapist, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals through creative expression. This position involves conducting therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and fostering a safe environment for clients to explore their emotions.

Responsibilities

  • Create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients during therapy sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards during all client interactions.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
  • Stay updated on current trends and techniques in art therapy.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field will be considered
  • Relevant certifications in Art Therapy techniques are a plus
Experience
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience working in mental health or therapeutic settings
