We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our Hobart team. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues and will work to ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service while troubleshooting technical issues.
Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and software.
Maintain accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
Conduct user training sessions and workshops.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and protocols.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
3+ years of experience in IT support or desktop support
