UX Designer

Job Description

We are looking for a talented UX Designer to join our creative team in Geelong. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing user-centric digital experiences and will possess a strong understanding of user research and testing. You will collaborate closely with developers and product teams to create intuitive interfaces that improve user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts.
• Conduct A/B testing to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
• Collaborate on design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Engage with stakeholders to incorporate feedback into designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
• Mentor junior designers and provide design critiques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Postgraduate study in UX Design is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of UX design experience
