Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Vacuum Tank Tender to operate and maintain our vacuum tankers for the safe transportation of liquids and slurries. The successful candidate will work outdoors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations while providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks on the vacuum tanker to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor driving conditions and adjust routes as necessary for safety.
• Assist with emergency response tasks related to spills or accidents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in waste management.
• Participate in safety training and workshops to enhance skills.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Dangerous Goods (DG) license or willingness to obtain one

Experience

• Experience in a safety-critical environment is preferred.

• Vacuum Truck Operation

Certifications

• First Aid Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
