We are seeking dedicated Metal-Refining Furnace Operators and Tenders to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating and maintaining the open hearth furnace, focusing on melting metals and alloys for diverse industrial applications.

Responsibilities

• Operate the open hearth furnace and implement adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards for metal quality.
• Collaborate with team members to improve melting processes.

• Train junior operators in the safe and efficient operation of the furnace.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Metallurgy or related discipline

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in metal refining processes.

Technical Skills

Certifications

• Safety Training Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
