• Risk Assessment Proficient in evaluating potential risks associated with commercial properties.
• Property Evaluation Experienced in assessing the condition and value of various property types.
• Attention to Detail Extremely meticulous in analysing property conditions and documentation.
• Interpersonal Communication Skilled in communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Professional Risk Manager Certification (PRM)
• English (Fluent)
