Job Description

As a Barback, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders by ensuring the bar is well-stocked and running smoothly. This position involves setting up, maintaining, and cleaning the bar area while providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

• Help bartenders in creating drink recipes and mixing cocktails.
• Ensure cleanliness of the bar top and surrounding area.
• Be responsible for cash handling during shifts.
• Maintain an organized stock room and bar area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate services.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Provide support during peak hours to ensure timely service.

Requirements

Education

• Valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality is advantageous but not required.
