Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Chemical Equipment Operator to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining acid concentrators and ensuring the plant runs efficiently, while adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acid concentration meets production specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Assist in training new team members on equipment operation and safety protocols.
• Participate in safety audits and training sessions.
• Work closely with quality control technicians to maintain product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in plant operations or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience operating and maintaining chemical equipment
