Machine Tool Designer

Job Description

The Machine Tool Designer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing machine tools that will be used in production lines. They will work closely with clients, engineers, and production teams to ensure that the machine tools meet the required specifications and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Create 3D models and simulations of machine tools using software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
• Work in conjunction with production teams to refine and improve machine designs.
• Analyze project requirements and develop innovative design solutions.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Lead training sessions for operators on new machine tool features.
• Maintain accurate records of design changes and project milestones.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in machine tool design
