Job Description

As a Call Centre Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Bairnsdale. Your role will involve handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-tier customer service. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
• Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and develop solutions to address them.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and demand planning to optimize inventory.
• Facilitate training for team members on best practices in supply chain management.
• Prepare documentation and reports related to supply chain metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management

Technical Skills

• Data Analysis
• Supply Chain Software (SAP, Oracle)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Negotiation

Certifications

• APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Fluency in additional languages: Proficiency in languages other than English is beneficial.
• Project Management Certification: Certifications such as PMP or similar are a plus.
