Job Description

We're on the lookout for a skilled Mold Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be tasked with operating molding machines and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This role demands a keen eye for detail and strong technical skills to maintain and troubleshoot molds.

Responsibilities

• Prepare molds for production in alignment with job specifications.
• Operate molding machines, ensuring product quality and consistency.
• Conduct quality checks and adjust processes as required.
• Assist in troubleshooting machine failures and inefficiencies.
• Record production metrics and report any discrepancies to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all health and safety regulations strictly.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production targets and challenges.
• Support other team members in achieving departmental goals.
• Continuously seek ways to enhance production processes and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing role is preferred.
