Job Description

We are seeking a Wind Energy Development Manager to oversee the planning and execution of wind energy projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of renewable energy technologies, project management, and the regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the planning, design, and execution of wind energy projects.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Prepare and present technical documentation and project reports.
  • Monitor and control project risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ensure timely compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and project efficiency.
  • Foster collaborative relationships across departments to enhance project outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide junior project team members.
  • Manage external consultants and contractors engaged in projects.
  • Assist in the development of business case proposals for new projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
  • Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in leading renewable energy projects, with an emphasis on wind energy
