Join us as a Washing and Screening Plant Supervisor to lead our plant operations in Perth. You'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high product quality as we continue to be leaders in the mining industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the washing and screening plant, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
• Supervise staff and allocate tasks for optimal resource utilization.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Prepare operational reports detailing performance metrics and process improvements.
• Train and mentor plant operators to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the Quality Control team to meet product specifications.
• Manage inventory and oversee the supply chain for efficient operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Relevant vocational or trade qualification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in washing and screening plant operations

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of plant operations
• Data Analysis

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• First Aid Certification (desirable)

Languages

• English: Fluent
