As a House Repairer, you will be key in performing various repairs and maintenance tasks in residential properties. This role requires strong technical skills and a commitment to quality workmanship. You'll be responsible for ensuring the integrity and safety of homes, working on everything from minor repairs to significant renovations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate repair requests and prioritize them as needed.
• Partner with team members to enhance repair strategies and solutions.

• Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent future issues.
• Assist in project management for larger renovations.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of a relevant trade apprenticeship or certification
• White Card (Construction Induction Training) certification

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of experience in house repairs or a related field

Technical Skills

• Proficient in various repair techniques and tools
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Customer service skills

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Certifications

• Certifications related to specific repair areas

Languages

• English: Fluent
